    How to convert ringtones for lg neon?

    I have an LG Neon, and I have tried to download ringtones for my Lg Neon. Some of them work, and i can "Set" them as ringtone/alarm. But some of them don't work and they are just audios on the phone. I don't know what the difference between the two are. Any Ideas?
