    If the lights on my keyboard flash on startup then is my...?

    Keyboard working properly? I get my computer back, fixed and happy. But then my Keyboard does not type. It is plugged into the proper slot. But what I want to know, if those lights flash when the computer starts up, doesn't it mean it works or no?
