    How do you make a custom neighborhood appear in the Sims 2 game?

    I downloaded a custom neighborhood from the sims 2 website before but when I downloaded it and I went on my game I looked for it and it did not appear and I extracted the files and every thing and I have WinRar so does anybody know how I make it appear in my game?
