    Can sherriff dep hold my american passport after my case is finished?

    The benton,la sherriff is still holding my personal items for 10 months now i finished my case 3 months ago. My laywer is writing them letters with no response!! What right do they have to hold my passports mine and the kids, birth certf, auto titles and much more . Can i file a police report...
