    Lg Rumor Touch Ringtones without downloading/buying...?

    So my family doesn't have internet on our phones, which are SPRINT, because we are cheap. Is there any way I can get good ringtones or wallpapers on my phone by just using the microSD card? Or any sites that DO NOT charge?

    Record companies...do they still take people to court for illegal music downloads?

    I remember hearing that the companies stopped taking individuals to court for downloading music illegally but yet at my college orientation the RA said if you get caught you will be taken to court...etc etc, but I thought I heard that individuals couldn't be taken to court anymore.
