    how do i cook tilapia fish fillets on a pan?

    ive never cooked fish before and my hubby really want fish fillet for dinner, but he's being cheap and doesn't want to go out for dinner! any fast and easy recipes greatly welcome. **please no oven recipes it's about 90 degrees outside, turning on my oven would be hell in here** thanks!
