    What are the most effective exercises to get rid of back fat and floppy arms?

    I really hate how big my upper body has gotten and I would like to lose the fat as fast as possible. My goal is to have less back fat and toned arms by July 1st. I'm already on a good diet plan but I have to do something about how yucky I feel with these new additions to my body! Thanks
