I just want to convert some mp3 songs to midi files that will work for the Pocaloid 2 software. If it is is there any freeware program that will do it?

I want to know if its even possible (and if it is how) to convert mp3 files to midi files, that i can use for pocaloid 2 using audacity. (or other programs, i would preffer that they are not free 'trials')
