    3 miles on the bike, is it enough?

    I do 3 miles on the bike everytime I go to the gym, is this enough? Or should I do more. I do alot of other stuff , mainly ab workout, weights, bike, butterfly press...lol but at first i do 2 miles on bike, everything in between, and lastly one more mile on the bike. so is 3 enough for cardio?

    Should I be eating after I go to the gym?

    I go to the gym, usually around midnight, and right after i'me xtremly hungry. I eat special k protein with soy silk milk....(my moms a in shape diabetic and has never drank regular milk, and one day we ran out of reg milk and i treid it and it was pretty good..haha) Should I not eat at all? or...
