    How do I sync a song to my ringtones without deleting all my applications?

    I have a 20 second clip in my iTunes library that I want to use as a ringtone, but when I try to sync my ringtones folder to include the song, iTunes asks if I am sure that I want to delete all my downloaded applications. WTF?!! Of course I don't?! How do I get the song in my ringtones folder...

    At night i eat snacks every 10 min. By snacks i mean i eat a strawberries, and...

    ...other fruits... is this healthy? At nights i get hungry so i eat every one in a while until i go to bed. I eat fruits and vegetables and healthy foods yet i eat one every short amount of time since im hungry. is this bad/good?
