I have a 2003 f250 6.0 powerstroke. Just recently, the steering is really loose. No play in the wheel...just very very easy to turn, and if i turn, the wheels does not slide back in your hand and return to center, you have to turn it back. I can probably spin the steering wheel with one finger...
