I have some of each. I got a set of JM model HCUS-09GTM-C for $109 and installed them in my 09 Ultra. They really sound good with no amp. I have the HD Boom speakers installed in the rear and they also sound great. I like them both and either choice would be great. Same for the Hog tunes...
