    Yes there is you probably have 2 700c wheels you can change to 650c so it can fit your height you should ask your local bike shop to help you with that.

    mountain bike are good for anything mostly yes and yes. Get the stand down by pushing it downwards if its new its probably just a little stiff so don't be afraid of braking it they are pretty tough
