ok, so you are never "too young" to express how you are feeling. EVER! Just thought I'd get that straight. I have the same problem except my mom lets my buy the clothes and wear extensions...she just won't let me dye my hair (even to black) or get piercings. Maybe just talk to her...it don't...
I love the language but i don't understand it and i would love to learn but the economy is crashing and we don't really have the extra money to be spending on learning foreign languages!!
