I would have to say that it could also be your petuitary gland, or your thyroid. To my knowledge it would either be the estrogen lvls, blood circulation, nervous system perhaps (maybe go to a chiropractor), or a chemical irabalance via the thyroid or pituitary gland. It's a shot in the dark...
