Wheel spacers is a cheap way of doing it, but will work. Probably better to use wheels with backspacing and get some new tires. Either way it shouldn't mess with your steering (lift will do that!)

i think the YJ and the TJ used different seat brackets to attach the seats to the floor. The seat will probably work, just have to remove the existing (YJ) brackets and attach yours out of your TJ to the seats and they should fit just fine!

Just unplug the harness and tuck the wires inside the body. They only plug into the hard top.
