i am trying to replace my back speakers in my 96 dodge ram 1500 but cannot find a website to show does anyone know how to remove the rear panel? do i need the trim removal tool or can i use a regular tool?

i have a 5 1/4 hole in the back seat of my truck and i got a 5x7 speaker is there a adaptor for a 5 1/4 to 5x7 or do i have to cut the hole myself?
