    I just got an LG Vortex and can't figure out how to save ringtones off a text?

    I found out I can save the sound to my music but I can not figure out how to save it as a ringtone? And also how come it takes so long for the contacts to sync??? HELP!!! PLEASE!!! Thanks a bunch!
