    When a Stranger Calls

I saw it a few months back. I'd say it was a decent enough thriller with a few jumpy moments. Mainly suspense based until the last 20 mins or so. Definetly worth a viewing though imo.

Anybody else pleased The Hurt Locker did so well at the BAFTAs?

Yes, I'm pleased it did so well at the BAFTA'S. It was a very good film and most of the time I was sitting on the edge of my seat! Incidentally, I once watched a documentary about this subject and it wasn't far off from the Hurt Locker.

Community Thread / Tips and Questions

An overemphasis on form, just like an overemphasis on chaos, can never be good. The reason why the poets he cited are good is because its not immediately obvious that they are writing in form. An amateur writing in form would suck just as hard as an amateur writing livejournal poetry. He's...

    Best scenes from Hitchcock movie.

Everyone raves about the famous shower scene in Psycho, but the best scene for me was the scene in the cellar when Lila Crane (Vera Miles) finRAB the skeleton of Norman Bate's mother, then as she screams, Norman Bates runs in dressed as his mother raising a huge butcher knife. Good job the...
