I don't do like vigorous workouts or anything, but I also don't sit around and do nothing all day either. I eat from 900-1200 calories a day and my BMR is 1402.6 and I do count calories.....This is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
- 1 package of oatmeal = 110 cals
- 4 strawberries & 9 blackberries...
