    how can i estimate my chest muscle improvement? after 3 months? 4 months?

    i just started to workout and im not skinny. and im not fat either. im just natural.. please tell me when can i see improvementts? is it after 3 months? 4 months? i am working out 3 times a week. and i am taking some whey protein.. thankx..
