    All the good 90's rock?

Ash (they're an irish band) U2 Rancid (it's Ska, but it was still good) Sliver Chair (but they got worse the more music they wrote) Didn't Pennywise come out in the mid 90's? Radio Head Rage Against the Machines Live and Pantera was good in their own right

    Over rated Actors

I saw Ewan Mcgregor on stage playing Iago in Othello, and i have to say i was surprised. I used to think he was overrated, but he is an incredibly good actor, and that is one of the only times i have actually been captivated by a Shakespeare play :D Very good looking too :o Me and my frienRAB...

People that applaud at the end of a film in the cinema

If people want to show their appreciation at the end of a movie then let them, what's the problem? It's the noisy, laser wielding a/holes who talk, text and phone during the movie who should be killed immediately.:D

    Film Club - Week 5

A very good film, a story full of hope in the face of adversity. I would not put it in the category of films I watch every month but I own it on DVD and usually watch it once or twice a year. There was a documentary on TV recently that showed behind the scenes s and how they filmed it. I think...

2008 in movies so far - whats your opinion?

As i've got an unlimited card i've seen quite a few films already this year and the best imo is No Country For Old Men, i know a lot of people on here didn't like it but i thought it was a very good film, closely followed by Walk Hard!

    Casino Royale (2006)

I reckon its best to treat QOS as a coda to Casino Royale. Daniel Craig's performance was great, he was let down by a lacklustre villain and poor editing. He is aware of this as much as anyone though, hence why he wants Sam Mendes to direct Bond 23. Edit: And Craig WILL be back. The financial...

Why do movies get different titles around the world?

Re 2) so there is a rock band called Joyride in the UK and if so, so what? 3) I actually meant why do American movies get different titles in the UK, so not cross language differences. Your point about language translations is undertandable, far less so is the US/UK issue...
