I agree get gum or somethign that occupies your hands. But you should not have tried to quit cold turkey. Slowly cut down the amount that you have had each day. Like for example. Maybe you smoked 5 cancer sticks a day. The next day try to cut down to 4.5, then 3 the next day. Keep that up and it...

Um, big FMA spoilers. I'm not going to both tagging it, but avert your eyes if you haven't seen either animes/read the manga. Maes Hughes' death in FMA was a pretty damn big deal. It was the point where both animes really picked up speed and the Elrics and Mustang and company really began...
