OMG i cant wait for Twilight!

Hmm... of the sequels I reckon she'd do well in roles like Gianna, Tanya, Sasha, Heidi, Chelsea, Senna, Maggie, Emily or something like that.

Dad's Army: Why you might learn something from oldtelly

The character Jonesy was definitely authentic. He enlisted as a drummer boy and fought with Kitchener in the Sudan (against the ....errrr fuzzy-wuzzies) which would have been about 1885 on. He must have fought in World War I otherwise how would he know that the Germans "didn't like it up 'em"? :D

    Ischial Bursitis/Weavers Bottom

I have just discovered that I have the same thing... Mine is due to cycling and sitting on a bicycle seat during my pregnancy. It does hurt a lot. Anyhow, I also have pubic symphysis which is a separation in the pubic bone because of the relaxin my body is producing to get ready for the baby to...

    Invictus

I agree that the accents are very difficult to understand in some places, and yeah, they completely failed to make Matt Damon look tall (I didn't realise until I read about it afterwarRAB that they were even trying to do so). I wouldn't say the film was rubbish, though, far from it. I really...

pain under left breast and upper rib area

I also have this pain. When I am laying down and try to get up real fast, I have a sharp pain right under my left breast. The pain stops me from moving and lasts for a few minutes. It is really frightening. It is like a really strong muscle spasm. Sometimes I am afraid to do anything that...

Alfred Hitchcock - are his movies any good?

Lovely :D I also like Frenzy, it looks dated by the awful 1970's however it strikes the right note between drama and humour.

Clash of the Titans 1 STAR :o

Ain't it cool has a review, which isn't too bad I guess, great art direction and FX, Mount Olympus and the GoRAB are supposed to be awesome, Perseus a bit of a whining git. But surprise, surprise, the biggest issue is the 3D, it wasn't shot in 3D, therefore nothing was framed or set up for a 3D...

Films you are NEVER going to watch.

You and me both! I hate the slapstick, sex-filled, toilet humour that dominates "comedies" right now. It's so predictable and tedious. I could never sit through one of those films. Not if you paid me.

Blade Runner - there's two hours of my life I ain't getting back

Did you see the version with the voice-over, or without? Although it's much derided, I prefer it with the voice-over. It helps with the pacing during the slow bits, and it also helps develop Deckard by telling us what he is thinking. "That didn't make me feel any better about shooting a woman...
