For me the movie soundtrack cRAB fall in to two camps with the first being a bunch of songs that make up another compilation album good or bad but still another compilation. The second is what I think of as a true soundtrack with music written for the film such as the Star Wars or Star Trek...

Awww I like those two films. Both slow paced, but not in an excruciating way like the extended editions of Lord of the Rings! 2001 Space Odyssey does have a couple of sections that if you are not in a patient mood, then you'll hit fast forward!! Otherwise, its a masterpiece. :)

I am surprised it passed as a 12. I know the 89 Batman was, and that seems quite tame compared to the new one. There were some scenes where I just couldn't look, and the Joker talking about why he uses a knife :eek: ... not really good stuff for youngsters IMO.
