i have recently acquired several dumbells(adjustable and set ones) and plates. however i do not have a bench pres and i will purchase one, but for the being i can only use the dumbells. is there a routine that only uses dumbells?
ground fighting is definitely something any martial artist should learn but having been doing it for a little bit. i dont think it is wise to take it to the ground in a real life situation and should only be used if it has to be
