Proffesor Utonium most likely deserves some credit in taking good care of the Powerpuff Girls. And Spongebob's parents. Even though they only appeared a few times, they seemed to be some of the more stable characters in Bikini Bottom. Even Squidward has freak-outs every now and then.

It is one of my top 5 favorite cartoon series of all time. It is also one of the few shows where I liked the secondary cartoon, U.S. Acres, a lot. I own all the DVDs.
