Series 60 devices (which is what the E62 is) make much better "Phones" than Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices, so it really boils down to what you're looking to use it for. I have to say that I find S60 devices a bit more stable. My current WM5 Device (XV6700) definitely is still pretty buggy...
