...home physical therapy.? I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago and just got the cast off. The dr said that to start home physical therapy, but I am still having a lot of swelling and is horribly painful. What exercises can I do or how do I reduce swelling?

i have a 2002 toyota celica and for some reason it overheats while im driven but only for about 30 seconds then goes to normal and this happens about everytime i drive it. can anyone help me out?
