Since you have injured your ankles in the past, you may need your doctor to xray them. My ankles were swelling and i would soak them in epsom salt water to soothe the swelling. My doctor ordered xrays and my swelling pain is calenous(sp) spurs on both of them. Hope you find relief. Wish...
