Robert Rodriguez has written and submitted a script to 20th Century Fox, they have put it on ice for almost 3 years now but if it ever comes to fruition, word has it that Rodriguez has first dibs to helm the project.

If the film is like the trailer then I won't bother - just another popcorn flick for the dumb masses. Why don't Fox have the courage to release a true Alien sequel and let Scott have another bash? I guess he'd cost too much though and have too much control for the studios' tastes .....

Yeah, the last band I was in played a lot of metal and some classic rock covers, which was fun for a little while and then got boring. It all just started to sound the same. So me and the guitarist split. And until we can find a singer that doesn't sound like a bad Scott Stapp impersonator...

My personal favorite is their third. All the acoustic songs are completely amazing....actually every song on the album is badass. Anyway, other opinions?

and also with talk of remakes of back to the future and Butch cassidy and the sundance kid I'm about ready to give up the whole 'watching new films' and stick to my dvRAB..or even worse..start to enjoy daytime tv..anything would be better than watching some 'in the moment' actor murdering a good...

Who here would like a number 4? It seems to be the fad these days to release a sequel after x amount of years has passed, lol. They did it with Terminator 3, Rocky 6 & Indiana Jones are being made, etc. I know that MJFox is normally just used for voice over these days, like Stuart Little...
