Funnily enough, I would probably say Casino Royale...it doesn't have the 'cheese' of some Bond films (ie: All the Roger Moore films) - it's clever, witty, gritty and a great action film. I would also recommend Goldeneye, or either of the Timothy Dalton films.

I caught the last half on Film Four last week and as difficult to watch as it was, I have to watch it all the next time it's on. The lad from 3rd Rock was brilliant. Had to turn away during the scenes with the kiRAB, it was too much for me.
