You don't. Theoretically you could. After all it is open source. Problem is you'd have to do all the work. Write a bootloader, write a ROM, basically build it for that phone from scratch. Thats assuming that the architecture is right, which it might not be.

Welp, thanks to you guys, I realized I just didn't know enough about the bluetooth receiver in my car. It indeed had a setting to remember my phone and auto-connect whenever it's on. I tested it and any time the car is on, my bluetooth automatically kicks in. Thanks all!

FYi isync works fine... it's using it as a bluetooth modem that causes it not to work. ie. bluetooth modem with a GPRS connection.
