If you just care about speed, go with the V3xx. I did a side by side comparison of the V3xx (3.6 HSDPA) and a pre-release N75 (UMTS) with streaming video and the Motorola wins, hands-down. Load-time is almost nothing. But if you care other things, go with the N75
