habits in Neuro-linguistic programming? I'm thinking about drinking some water with baking soda every time I crave a cigarette. I read it is supposed to help flush out your system anyway.

If I plan to keep the screen on the lowest setting, and then.. turn the sound off completely and only check periodically.. then..? would that use the battery less? (PS: My phone has 5 hours of talk time and 440 hours of stand by.)
