This is my first Triathlon ever and it's next saturday. I'm going to train today. Tommorrow is my pre scheduled day off like it always is. How should I plan my workouts for next week? I'm going very light. Almost nothing on Friday but what about the other 4 days? Help please!

How can you connect all the dots using only 4 lines, you cannot go over the same line twice and without taking your pencil off the paper... I know this one and I've done it before... but i'm still confused... help?
