i have an at&t phone. I have unlimited talk and text. anyways, i want to know the following: if i send a text message from the web to my phone with a ringtone attached to it, will at&t charge me for it?

I have a Motorola I296 from Boost mobile and I would like to know HOW I can download ringtones through a USB cable.???? I am trying to send them from the computer to the phone through a text message with an attachment but when I open the song it says "invalid file type"...Please Help me. ..Thanks.
