After I put on my makeup my skin starts going all dry and patchy and flaky looking. It's NOT the makeup, because I have never ever had a problem with it before, I think it is my skin reacting badly to the weather. Anyone know of any good CHEAP moisturisers I could use or anything else? Thanks!
