The V31 firmware for HK (V23 langauge pack) is not available yet, so far only the V30 HK firmware I'm also wondering why. If you just need trad chinese, you might go for Taiwan firmware w/ V24 language pack.

I doubt CN can own exclusive un-expiring rights to a show unless it's an original series. The likelyhood of Code Lyoko ever seeing the light of day on CN USA again is slim to none. Even if they did get it, it wouldn't get a good timeslot. It's air on early weekdays like Hero 108 and Metajets...

That said, it makes me wish for a Mythbusters episode where they show the likelihood of a person dying in a bathtub when falling from that height in real life. Decent episode. The Loretta bits and cameos were essentially the highlights, but other than that... not much else.
