Actually yes it is, while every mos will learn the same basic things in bct, if you go to whats known as OSUT, you will start learning your job at the same time you are learning everything else, thats why if you look at say my job Cav Scout, we dont have bct/ait we have 17 weeks of OSUT. Same...
