98 dodge 2500 5.9L cummins 24v turbo diesel mechanical engine daytime running lights go out when e-brake is applied also abs and e-brake light stays on from start up i changed the rear wheel speed sensor and it didn't change anything. my speedo still works fine.

i just put in a new stereo and im getting alot of feed back now. i never had it before. the whole system is amped and the rc cables are far away from the power cables. what can possably be causing this
