Need to purchase 4 new tires for my RAV4. Have priced Michelin Latitude Turing ($1,044), Goodyear Fortura Touring ($921) & Bridgestone Dueler HT 687 ($813). (Would be keeping my Bridgestone as spare.) Looking for recommendations.
Thanks
When pressing the panic button nothing happens. Any thoughts as to why it doesn't make any sound or flash the lights? Bought the vehicle new and the book says to activate the button when your 3 feet away from the car. Guess I don't understand. If no one has any thoughts, I could try and call...
The Air Flow Selector knob will no longer go past the 3rd (from the Left) setting. Any suggestions what may have happened, since this isn't a knob that is used very often? I'm sure it's a costly fix via Toyota, but may not have any recourse in the matter. Thanks
Your Toyota is still overheating because you haven't corrected the source of the problem. Have you had a technician check it out or are you simply changing out parts? My guess would be the water pump.
I researched this many years ago and found out that some cutting is necessary and the front suspension needs to be beefed up. This is in addition to what LeAnne said.
Listen to your independent mechanic. The auto dealers are not willing to pay you what your Camry is worth since they are going to sell it wholesale. Sell it on your own.
You pull out the transmission dipstick and add fluid using a long skinny funnel. However, I highly recommend that you ask a friend or neighbor who has some experience do it for you if this is your first time.
Have you checked the fluid level according to the owner manual? Usually you check it...

This could be serious. Check your oil level immediately - add oil if necessary. Look for oil under your car. Don't drive it if the oil pressure light comes on - pull over immediately as damage could occur very soon. Sometimes the people in the oil change business mess up and you could have a leak.
