    How do i get my 7d footage onto final cut?

    The files that come out of the camera are MOV files I think in final cut they are h.264 files. How do I get my files onto final cut for smooth editing. Ive heard things like pro res 422 I dont know what that means so anyone please help. A step by step guide would be great!!

    why are my videos and photos so noisy? mostly at night?

    I have a brand new 7d. I use everything auto on it, and most of the videos or photos i take in daytime are a bit noisy. At night its worse. When i change the ISO too lower everything becomes to dark to even shoot. anyone know some presets i can set my 7d too?
