what would you choose? a Laptop that costs more than $1000 that is high end, 1080p led res. high graphics card, ram, HD. OR A car stereo system that is over $1000 also and includes everything needed.

so you have two amps? well they could connect the two amps, so look for wires from one amp to the other, they would be signal wires like your rca's, but if there not i might be suspicious. there are probably other reasons for whats going on tho.

if it's an MRP-M1000 damn kid run the alpines with the alpines can't go wrong with that, there made for each other, and its nice to have a matching system. but for loudness the L5 would be hella loud because it has more surface area as a square, but those kickers have a reputation to wear out...
