where can i get free ringtones for my cricket phone

i brought a droid for verizon of of ebay but when i got it, there is on of those connest the dots locks on it and i dont know what to do. I tried getting back in touch with the guy who i brought it from but havent had any luck. Please help how do i unlock it???
