    KYOCERA WILDCARD CELL PHONE FROZEN???!?

    my kyocera wildcard randomly froze up out of the blue...both screens are now white and the buttons are lit up, and at the top there is a red light which turns on when the phone is charging. i turned turning it off but nothing is working does anyone know what to do?!!?
