My local stations, FOX29 Philadelphia, UPN57 (now CW Philly 57), and WB17 (now myphl17) has never had a strange history of airing their kids' blocks. No "half of it on sunday mornings, no affiliate of WB so Pokemon airs on UPN" or any of that. Just the normal block. But I do think it's strange...
