    I have a question about a rockford fosgate amp?

    will this amp work for 2 12in rockford fosgate p3's (2ohms) 400 watt rms 800 max. heres the amp http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300510059316&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT aslo its a 1000 watt amp so wont it but out 500 watts to each speaker?
