I have an 88 Toyota Camry with a shot compressor. Can't afford to replace right now so can I bypass it with a smaller belt and if so how? I'm a single lady who is going to try to do this myself so details would help. Thanks!
Put 2 boneless chuck roasts (about 5 lbs.) with onions, carrots and potatoes and a can of beef broth in at 250 degrees and 4 hrs. later it's still not done. Should it take this long or should I turn up the temp. The meat still seems tough.
