the mechanic probably just adjusted the belt for the power steering. it may be too loose and slipping. if the belt is old replace it with gates or a goodyear belt
blown fuse for computer check fuses in side the engine compartment and the passenger compartment

measures 7.5" in width? I currently own a set of tires that are 7" in measured width but I'm looking to get new rims that measure 7.5" in width and I want to know if I can use the old tires for the new rims. If so would this cause any damage to the tire or the vehicle?
